TAC & WorkSafe Injury Care

Clear Path Back To Work
Transport and workplace injuries can affect income, routine and confidence. Our role is to provide a structured plan that restores safe function, meets regulatory requirements, and makes weekly decisions straightforward and transparent.
What To Expect At Physium
We begin with a thorough history and examination, then set practical goals aligned to your role—sitting or standing tolerance, lifting limits, driving comfort, and fatigue management. You’ll receive a plain-language plan and clear documentation suitable for TAC or WorkSafe. Where appropriate, we liaise with your GP, surgeon, or workplace to ensure expectations are aligned and progress is not delayed by paperwork.
Treatment Matched To Your Duties
Early sessions address pain and movement restriction. We then build task-specific strength and endurance in our rehab gym, focusing on lifts, carries, and ground-to-stand exercises for manual roles, as well as postural control, micro-break strategies, and lower-limb strength for desk-based roles.
Graded hours or duties are introduced when objective markers and end-of-day response indicate you are ready. The emphasis is on safe, measurable progression rather than fixed dates.
Why Choose Physium for TAC/WorkSafe Rehabilitation
With physiotherapy, osteopathy, Clinical Pilates and a fully equipped rehab space on site, we can progress from the treatment room to job-ready tasks efficiently. We use objective criteria to guide upgrades, request imaging only when it will impact decisions, and keep all parties informed so that the plan remains consistent. For NDIS participants, we record outcomes tied to daily function and participation.

Regain Confidence At Work
You will practise the exact movements and tasks your job requires, then confirm performance under light fatigue. This ensures improvements are sustained throughout an entire shift, not just at the start of the day.
Measuring Progress And Deciding Upgrades
We track range, strength and functional capacity alongside your symptom response. If a task provokes pain, we adjust range, tempo or order rather than abandoning progress. This keeps rehabilitation moving while protecting healing tissues.
