What is Clinical Reformer Pilates?

Clinical Reformer Pilates is a guided form of exercise that uses reformer equipment to improve strength, control, mobility and stability. Unlike a general fitness class, clinical sessions are planned around your injury history, movement patterns and goals.

At Physium, your program is led by a practitioner and adjusted to suit your body. This means you can work on the areas that matter most to you, whether that is reducing pain, moving with better control, rebuilding strength after injury, or getting back to day-to-day activity with more confidence.

Why choose practitioner-led Clinical Reformer Pilates?

Not all reformer classes are the same. Clinical Reformer Pilates is built for people who need more than a standard class.

Personalised to your body

Your program is based on your assessment, movement ability and goals, so you are not trying to fit into a one-size-fits-all workout.

Guided with closer supervision

Our practitioner-led model means exercises can be adjusted as needed, so you can train at the right level and keep improving safely.

Helpful for rehab and long-term strength

Clinical reformer work can support recovery, but it is also useful for improving strength, stability and movement quality over time.

Small class sizes

Our 1:4 maximum group format allows for more attention and support than larger classes, so you can feel more confident in each session.
